arms were still smoked from yesterdays CTB. barely had any grip on my right hand.
felt fine thru the 500m row, went unbroken on KBS and kept burpees at a steady pace... then breathing got really hard during the 4th set of KBS... second set of burpees were super slow, and finally lower back and grip just were not having it on the last set of KBS (7+5+3).

**must break at 5, must get 5 unbroken every time
A) 165x1. attempted 175 and it was one super fast squat snatch. Body is really used to squatting under every snatch.
B) 230x1 (PR)

CTB- 9:31... lost the timing on the butterfly around 35, switched to straight kipping... hands were on fire around 70, muscle fatigue set in hard around 80... had a few no reps after that.
