A. Power Snatch, build to 1RM
B. Power Clean, build to 1RM 
C. Power Clean @ 90%, max reps in 8 min

20 sets of 5 unbroken CTB pull-ups
**must break at 5, must get 5 unbroken every time

A) 165x1. attempted 175 and it was one super fast squat snatch. Body is really used to squatting under every snatch. 
B) 230x1 (PR)




C) 22 power cleans. 

CTB- 9:31... lost the timing on the butterfly around 35, switched to straight kipping... hands were on fire around 70, muscle fatigue set in hard around 80... had a few no reps after that.
