Still sore from Saturday. Especially my lower back.
A) 155, felt slow today.

EMOM- dropped the weight to 135, no way I could do 150 today. No explosiveness due to soreness. Still got really spicy around 10 minutes and TTB last 3 sets were rough mainly due to grip.
