A)225... disappointed. legs felt fine, but jerks felt off today. left everything out in front then had to fight like heck to bring it back... gona try and work a little more on some shoulder flexibility issues and see if that helps.
B) 305, done... grip was toast at about 4 minutes in... need to start taping thumbs because calluses just keep ripping.
C)done, went up in weight to 22#, stuck to the tempo well. got really spicy on last round.
