**just practice back bridge for 2-3 minutes instead of the walking, everything else do best you can for 1-2 minutes
A. 135,165,185,205 felt easy... Which is unusual for 205.
B. 225, 255, 285, 315(pr), 325(pr), 330(fail). Felt strong in these today, was able to keep a good upright bottom position, calves were no problem.

330 burried me twice. Which I was not expecting cause 325 was not that bad.
