Split the session into 2 parts, A and B before my coaching duties, C and metcon after.
A. Built up, 135, 225, 275 (got lazy)3x3
Fist set felt a little rough, second set was solid with a consistent pointoif contact, 3rd set was rushed. Felt heavy.
B. 210# + 48# of chains.
C. Yikes... I was letting that bar get way out in front of me. Big time.
