B. Clean & Jerk, build to a tough triple, drop each from top
C. Front Rack Step Up, build to 10RM each leg

Did this after coaching an Oly clinic at a friends box for 8 hours in 120 degree heat box
A started at 135 finished at 175

No bike. 45 min drive home was my cool down.
