A. Clean & Jerk, build to a tough single, then -10% for 3 singles
B. Front Squat @ 11X1, build to tough single, then -15% for 3 x 3
C. Over Head Lunges, 3 x 8 steps, HEAVY, rest as needed

10 sets on bike
20 sec hard and consistent
40 sec easy spin
A. 245, then 225x3 singles. Felt heavy today... Jerks were a little sketchy too.
B. 285, 255x3 (bad math), 245x3x2
C. 105, 125, 125.... Didn't feel heavy to lift, but I felt like my hip flexors were gona explode when in the deep lunge position. So tight today.
