A) 165, 185, 205, 225, (the jerk was on point tonight!, limiting factor was power clean)
B)135, 155, 165, 175 (last set felt the best and fastest)
4 rounds even and 3+row... calves were still tight from the DU on saturday and could not loosen them up so I did not try to push the run at all.
