A) 135, 165, 195, 225, 245... clean was feeling rough from the get go. 245 pinned me down deep in the hole, just glad i had the leg strength to force my way out. jerk started out rough but felt better as i went.
B)135, 155, 175, 195, 205(F)... i really wanted to hit over 200 today... been a long time, but pulls felt slow and heavy.
still a 195, 245 as a minimum is not a bad day for me.
