A)75, 105, 135, 145 shoulders were still tight from the 13 hour drive this weekend.
B) 175, 175, 175, 185, 185, 185, 195, 195, 205, 205 actually felt really good! had to stop at the hip to rehook grip the last 2, but i was pleasantly surprised to get them.
1K row PR is a 4:00
kept everything under 1:55 and felt pretty good.
