C. FSQ/BSQ, 4/8 reps @ 80% 1RM FSQ x 4, rest 2-3 min
D. Dragon Flags, 5 x 4-5 reps, rest as needed
A. 165, 175,185,195 (20# under my pr)
B. Done at 175
C. Done at 245
