Fighting a cold.

I have finally decided I am not a fan of these. Lol! Wrists feel wrecked and re racking is a pain in the behind.
B. 40x8, 50x8, 70x6. We don't have anything between 50# DB and 70# kettle bell. Sooo I just had to go for it. On both legs I came down on rep 7 and just could not get back up.
