A. Front Squat @ 22X1, 3 x 3, rest 3 min **all tough sets

20 sets @ high effort
5 Toes to Bar
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 20”
25 Double unders
rest 60 sec

A. 255 all 3 sets. Tho I miss read the tempo and didn't hold it in the hole. Don't think I could have held it with that much weight anyway.
