B. Clean Pulls from 2” deficit, 1/30 sec for 15 reps @ 105% of clean
C. Split Jerk from Blocks- 3 x 3 @ 82.5%, rest 2 min
D1. Wtd Pull Up @ 50X1, 5 x 4, rest 30 sec
D2. GH Bench Press @ 3030, 5 x 6 reps, rest 1 min
